delMapNpc
系统调用的删除NPC命令，可定时删除使用createMapNpc创建的指定NPC

格式| 命令名 | 参数1 | 参数2 |
| delMapNpc | npc名称 | 地图id |
- 参数1: NPC名称
- 参数2: 地图id，不写则删除所有地图上由CreateMapNPC创建的指定NPC
